AP SSC results 2026: The School Education Department, Andhra Pradesh, has not confirmed the release date of the AP SSC Class 10 Results 2026, rejecting claims of an imminent announcement. Officials clarified that reports suggesting the results would be declared on April 25, 2026 are incorrect and not based on any official communication.Students who appeared for the examinations continue to await the outcome, which is expected by the end of the month. Once declared, the results will be available on the official website results.bse.ap.gov.in.Officials deny rumours on result dateA senior official from the School Education Department termed the reports about an April 25 release as inaccurate. “Reports suggesting that the AP SSC results will be released tomorrow are completely false and misleading. No date has been finalised yet,” the official told TNN.The clarification was also echoed by Samagra Shiksha AP authorities, who cautioned students and parents against relying on unverified information. They advised stakeholders to depend only on official updates issued through authorised platforms.Examination schedule and result accessThe AP SSC Examination 2026 was conducted in pen-and-paper format from March 16, 2026, to April 1, 2026. Students will be able to check and download their scorecards using their roll number and roll code once the results are declared.Apart from the official websites, results can also be accessed through the ‘Mana Mitra’ WhatsApp service and the LEAP mobile application. The AP Intermediate first and second year results were announced earlier on April 15.Pass percentage trends in recent yearsThe pass percentage in AP SSC examinations has shown variation over the past five years, with a recovery visible after 2022.

The data indicates that after a dip in 2022, overall performance levels improved steadily, crossing 81 per cent in 2025.Previous year performance detailsIn the previous academic session, the Class 10 board examinations were conducted between March 17 and March 31. A total of 6,14,459 students appeared, of whom 4,98,585 passed, resulting in a pass percentage of 81.14 per cent.Parvathipuram Manyam district recorded the highest pass rate at 93.90 per cent, while 1,680 schools secured 100 per cent results.Girls outperformed boys, achieving a pass percentage of 84.09 per cent compared to 78.31 per cent for boys, marking a difference of 5.78 percentage points.Post-result process and certificatesAfter the results are declared, original SSC pass certificates will be sent to schools. Principals will distribute them to students after affixing their signatures. Further updates on results, pass percentages, and toppers will be available on the TOI Education portal.
