LIC Housing Finance Limited will close the registration window for the Junior Assistant posts on April 30, 2026. The recruitment drive, which opened on April 16, 2026, is aimed at filling 180 Junior Assistant vacancies across multiple states. Applicants must be between 21 and 30 years of age as of April 1, 2026. A graduation degree in any discipline with at least 55 per cent marks is mandatory, and only degrees from recognised universities are considered valid.The exam is tentatively scheduled to be held on first week of June, and admit cards are expected to be released 7-10 days before exam. Importantly, distance, correspondence, and part-time qualifications are not eligible. Computer literacy is another prerequisite of candidates, although prior job experience is still optional, but recommended. Candidates who are selected will start at an initial salary of ₹20,000 per month. The estimated cost to the company per year per candidate will be from ₹4.64 lakh to ₹4.98 lakh, depending on the posting place.Apart from salary, employees will get certain benefits like House Rent Allowance (HRA), provident fund, mediclaim, group insurance, food coupons, and an increment based on performance. The selection procedure of candidates will consist of two rounds, which will include a written test and an interview process.In the online test of the exam, there will be various topics such as English Language, Logical Reasoning, General Knowledge, Numerical Ability, and Computer Knowledge. Total questions for 200 marks will be asked in the paper, and negative marking will also be there.
