JIPMAT 2026 application correction window closes today at exams.nta.nic.in: Check direct link, list of editable fields

The National Testing Agency (NTA) will close the application correction window for the Joint Integrated Programme in Management Admission Test (JIPMAT) 2026 today, May 17, at 11:50 PM. Candidates who have already registered for the entrance examination can make necessary corrections in their application forms through the official website.The correction facility was opened on May 15, 2026. Candidates have been advised to carefully review their application details and make all required changes before the deadline, as no further opportunity for modification will be provided after the correction window closes.JIPMAT 2026 is scheduled to be conducted on June 7, 2026, from 3 PM to 5:30 PM in Computer Based Test (CBT) mode at examination centres across India and abroad.

JIPMAT 2026 correction window: Important dates

Here is a look at the key dates:

  • Correction window opening date: May 15, 2026
  • Last date to edit application form: May 17, 2026, till 11:50 PM
  • JIPMAT 2026 examination date: June 7, 2026

Fields that cannot be edited

According to the official notice, candidates will not be allowed to change the following details:

  • Mobile number
  • Email address
  • Permanent and present address
  • Emergency contact details
  • Candidate’s photograph

Fields where only one detail can be changed

Candidates can edit any one of the following details:

  • Candidate’s name
  • Father’s name
  • Mother’s name

Fully editable fields

Candidates are allowed to modify the following details:

  • Class 10 or equivalent details
  • Class 12 or equivalent details
  • Examination city preference
  • Date of birth
  • Gender
  • Category
  • Sub-category/Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD) status, if not verified by UDID
  • Signature

Candidates who registered using identity proof other than Aadhaar can also edit their Aadhaar details during the correction period.NTA has clarified that additional fees may be applicable if the modifications result in a change in the application fee category. However, excess fees paid earlier will not be refunded.

How to edit JIPMAT 2026 application form

Candidates can follow these steps to make corrections in the application form:

  1. Visit the official website at JIPMAT Portal
  2. Click on the JIPMAT 2026 application correction link available on the homepage
  3. Log in using the application number and password
  4. Edit the required details in the application form
  5. Pay the additional fee, if applicable
  6. Submit the corrected form and download the confirmation page for future reference
