The Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Bombay has announced the examination dates for the Undergraduate Common Entrance Examination for Design (UCEED) 2027 and the Common Entrance Examination for Design (CEED) 2027. According to the official announcement, both entrance examinations will be conducted on January 17, 2027, in a single shift across the country. The UCEED examination is held for admission to Bachelor of Design (BDes) programmes offered at:
- IIT Bombay
- IIT Delhi
- IIT Guwahati
- IIT Hyderabad
- IIT Roorkee
- Indian Institute of Information Technology Design and Manufacturing (IIITDM) Jabalpur
Meanwhile, CEED is conducted for admission to Master of Design (MDes) programmes at various Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs). Candidates will be able to apply online through the official websites: IIT Bombay is expected to announce the detailed schedule, including registration dates and other important information, by October 2026.
