NTET 2026 answer key: The National Testing Agency (NTA) will close the objection window for the National Teachers Eligibility Test (NTET) 2026 provisional answer key today, May 3, 2026. Candidates who appeared for the examination and wish to challenge any answer can do so by visiting the official website at exams.nta.nic.in/NTET.The agency had released the provisional answer key along with recorded responses after conducting the examination in Computer Based Test (CBT) mode on April 28, 2026 across the country.Candidates who are not satisfied with any answer in the provisional key can raise objections by paying a non-refundable fee of Rs 200 per question. The challenge window opened on May 1, 2026, and the last date to submit objections and complete the payment is today, May 3, 2026, till 11:50 PM.Payments can be made only through debit card, credit card, net banking, or UPI.

Candidates can follow these simple steps to challenge the answer key:
- Visit the official NTET website at exams.nta.nic.in/NTET
- Click on the answer key challenge link available on the homepage
- Log in using your application number and password
- Enter the captcha code and submit
- View the question IDs and answer key options
- Select the question(s) you want to challenge
- Upload supporting documents in a single PDF file
- Submit the claim and proceed to fee payment
- Pay Rs 200 per question and download the confirmation page for future use

NTET 2026 answer key: What happens after objections
The National Testing Agency has said that if any objection is found correct, the answer key will be revised by subject experts.The revised answer will be applied to all candidates who attempted that particular question. NTA will not inform candidates individually whether their objection has been accepted or rejected.After expert review, the final answer key will be prepared and used for result declaration. The final key will be treated as final and no further requests will be accepted after that.
